Phil Hardcastle was a long time member of the Pacific Soccer Association and the West County Soccer Association. He served as President and Treasurer at different times during his volunteer career. He spent countless hours at Liberty Field maintaining fields and monitoring soccer games. The Phil Hardcastle Soccer Foundation was created to honor him by providing maintenance to Liberty Field. He worked hard and had a dream to create a soccer facility that was comparable to others in the St. Louis area. One of his dreams, having a permanent restroom and concession facility, was dedicated in his honor in the fall of 2018. There are many more costly improvements that can be made, including lighted fields and additional parking. By donating to the Foundation you can help realize this vision.
